HR MANAGER (MATERNITY REPLACEMENT)

Duration: Fixed-term contract (duration of maternity leave, with possibility of extension)

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to replace our current HR manager during the period of maternity leave.
The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage all activities HR of the firm, including staff selection, management of workflows and optimizing internal processes. He or she will be a key figure in ensure business continuity in a creative and dynamic work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

o Manage the employee selection process, from posting of advertisements to conducting interviews and final selection.
o Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration into the company culture.
o Monitor and optimize HR workflows and processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
o Manage relationships with employees, contractors, resolving any issues regarding contracts, compensation, benefits and other HR matters.
o Collaborate with project managers to plan needs of human resources based on workloads and new projects.
o Ensuring compliance with current labor regulations, managing all necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or a related field.
o 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in creative environments or architecture, fashion and design firms.
o Thorough knowledge of Italian labor laws and regulations.
o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
o Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong detail orientation.
o Expertise in the use of HR software and resource management systems human resources to support a possible implementation of new software management.
o Ability to work independently and make quick and informed.
