Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and visionary Graphic Designer for Architectural Projects to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in translating architectural concepts into compelling visuals, including static images and videos. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and has experience leveraging AI tools in graphic applications.
This position requires a strong understanding of marketing and communication within the architectural and industrial design context.
The candidate will also have the opportunity to lead the development of our graphic design capabilities, train architects on presentation techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Representation and Communication:
o Create high-quality visuals (static images, diagrams, and videos) to effectively communicate the essence of architectural, landscape, and industrial design projects.
o Use advanced graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and AI-based tools like My Journey, Stable Diffusion or any other AI tools for impactful presentation to enhance productivity and creativity.
o Develop storytelling techniques to convey the narrative of each project through visual media.
2. Marketing and Communication:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with the studio’s brand and communication strategies.
o Create content that supports project presentations, client pitches, and promotional materials.
o Explore innovative methods to visualize complex concepts in ways that are engaging and accessible to diverse audiences.
3. Training and Leadership:
o Train architects and designers on the preparation of presentation books, storytelling, and effective communication through visuals.
o Lead workshops to improve the graphic and visual capabilities of the team.
4. Project Integration:
o Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure that visuals accurately reflect the design intent and technical details of projects.
o Work on a wide range of projects, from masterplans to architectural landscapes and industrial design, tailoring visuals to suit the scope and scale of each project.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience:
o Proven experience as a graphic designer 5+ years, with a strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to translate concepts into visuals within the architecture or industrial design context.
o Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with AI tools in graphic design.
o Experience in video editing and animation is a plus.
Skills:
o Exceptional visual storytelling and communication skills.
o Strong technical understanding of graphic design, including composition, color theory, and typography.
o Knowledge of architectural and industrial design principles is highly desirable.
